About
Rooted in "rimor" — the spirit of exploration in Latin — Rimor Advisory emerged after witnessing a critical gap in biopharma communications over the past 15 years: the reliance on limited familiar networks over specific organizational needs. My path as a comms practitioner in industry, agency, and government sectors, culminating in the launch of the biopharma communicator community Ticket to Biotech (T2B), underscores a dedication to elevating corporate affairs across the life sciences.Whether navigating the intricacies of FDA approvals, inspiring hybrid workforces through a pandemic, or managing day-to-day corporate affairs on the roller coaster that is biotech and pharma, I’ve seen firsthand the complexity and nuance of our industry's communication demands. My approach has always been focused on understanding and articulating the distinct narrative of each organization to key stakeholders.Rimor is my response to a shift from traditional comms towards strategic corporate affairs, with advising on and communicating decisions that drive a company forward now being recognized as twin necessities. Through Rimor, I combine deep industry insights and a vast network to position corporate affairs as a pivotal partner in achieving business success.
FAQs
How long does each step in your three-phase process take?
+
Our goal is to move into the Craft phase, or second phase, by the 6-8 week mark, although timelines can vary depending on specific needs. Flexibility is key in our approach to ensure each program is perfectly tailored for the organizations we partner with.
How much of the Apply phase, or last phase, does Rimor directly implement?
+
In our foundational program, we equip your team with the necessary tools and strategies developed in phase II for you to implement the corporate affairs infrastructure independently. For those looking for additional support, we offer services to kick-start your comms activities. This can include customizing your RFP, assisting with the selection of communication partners, or coordinating with talent acquisition for in-house hires. Extended support may go beyond the initial 12-week pathway.
